Heard Speghetti Wharehouse in Downtown is supposed tob e haunted. Also a bar downtown during halloweed time that had just opened up supposidly was haunted beacuse the bar backs and cleaning crew saw weird stuff and heard thing each night so after a couple nights the whole staff actually quit the next day...it was this past halloween.
the old Library in downtown. The Julia Ideson Building, or whatever that place is called. There is suppose to be a dog ghost in there too.
Why is it only "OLD" places seem to get haunted?? I HEAR A NEW WALMART IN KATY IS HAUNTED!!! It's all BULLSH-T!!
http://www.theshadowlands.net/places/texas.htm Seems like alot of Wal marts are haunted and/or built on indian burial grounds. Maybe they're just spooky because they're so big and dark (when they're closed),.
I haven't been afraid of ghosts since I was eaten by the Loc Ness monster and spit out (thank you aqua velva) they just seem tame by comparison
I've been their late at night and I can confirm that there are some freaky ass ghouls that haunt that place. Some even work there.
That's a pretty cool link. Scary how some kids were robbed and shot at while ghost hunting at the Haunted abandoned Jefferson Davis Hospital.
Thats not hauntings...someone was raping the cows ....thats what I hear... Could have been one ugly ass woman This is definetaly an urban legend. I saw a story about this on TV In anycase, that Shadowlands website is cool. I am having fun reading those things.
Jefferson Davis Hospital downtown. Google it! This is THE haunted place in Houston. I explored it 2 years ago. May be closed up now. But its a MUST. It has a creepy history and looks like something straight out of a horror movie. The hospital records are still located there and the ceiling has iceacles despite warm weather...
I talked to a retired minister downtown near Spaghetti Warehouse while walking my dog. He is involved in historical tours of downtown. He told me he was looking for a brick vault or above ground tomb at the end of Frankin, near Milam-on Buffalo Bayou. The tomb belongs to a family of early settlers / traders who used the bayou to load goods and transport. He said there was a confederate ship brought up the bayou -loaded with munitions and explosives and left or abondoned. Two sons -brothers of the early settlers played on the ship. While playing they detonated an explosive and were killed. They are buried in the vault with thier parents. This is really close to the Spaghetti warehouse.... If you call the IKON hotel- I think the bellman knows this guy-interesting history if you like.... I do not know about the haunted thing though.......
That's two Spaghetti warehouses that are supposedly haunted. The face in Galveston was on my link. HAven't seen it myself, and I really don't want to see it.
