On the night we are deservedly honoring the greatest Rockets announcer of all-time, much credit goes out to the organization (that’s not something that is typically said here) for the fantastic hire of Ryan Hollins. He has far exceeded expectations and has admirably filled the humongous shoes that Bill Worrell left behind. It’s very tough watching a team that has mastered the craft of losing, but listening to the commentary and insight of Hollins has made it bearable. Once again, credit to this organization for their exceptional job of hiring Worrell’s replacement.

I think he's been doing a good job. I particularly enjoy his commentary on Sengun

He gets hyped when we are getting destroyed, I don't appreciate a guy who over values something and ignores where we stink.

    But he is ok.

I listen to every opposing broadcast and will switch back and forth at commercials/quarters, etc. Hollins is definitely solid. There’s nothing that makes him enormously memorable… except that he’s just so solid.

Ryan Hollins is our best broadcaster.

He has more to do with us winning games than any other broadcaster on the team RIGHT NOW.

Ryan Hollins definitely deserved a second thread... even though it's by Imanimal.

After listening to all the opposing team's broadcasters from the league as a whole, Hollins is definitely solid to good.

After listening to Clyde and Bullard, Hollins is good to great.

Ryan Hollins is mediocre… if they were going to hire someone mediocre, they could have hired an ex Rocket… hell Brian Cook is available or Jason Collier.

Sounds good in theory, but we had 2 ex-Rockets as color commentators for the last 20 years. They were worse than mediocre.

He has not been good. He’s super awkward and robs Craig of his sense of humor.
