Has your view of Chinese people changed since Yao joined the Rox?

For people who don't know much about Fa Lun Gong, it is a self proclaimed "religion" founded by a person named Li Hong Zhi. Li is some random dude from the countryside who dropped out of elementry school, and since been reading various books on his own. It is my opinion that he has a vivid imagination and incorporated all the things he read, history books, science books, the Bible, into his own theory/religion. Since he only barely has a elementry school education, his theories(which he claims as facts) get alittle.... whacky.

This is all fine, and he can preach to whomever he wants, BUT, when he starts getting political- Surrounding Zhong Nan Hai(The Chinese Pentagon) with his deciples, that becomes a problem.

I know alot of people will tell you he is some crazy guy, and most of us Americans will pass that off as chinese propaganda, but by chance i found a interview from Time magazine with Li, which i found quite........ interesting.

You are also thinking politics too simply. NYC arrested over 1000 peaceful protesters during RNC at the end of Augest, and they do the same at every G8 meeting. Are you also going to blame CCP for these violence? Japan and GK also have sole leading party in their countries. It is not like China is so unique here or CCP is the source of all evil. Chinese have seen many many revolutions, many led by peasants, in the history, so stop saying they accept everything they are told.

On CCP members being rich: are there any poor politicians in US? Politics is always linked with money! "It is politics" often means "you have to bribe". Not much difference anywhere!
