oh yea hes officially legally insane

the one thing Id be ecstatic for is if we were to have Asik and Howard, that would be one sick Center combo, for one year, because howard will leave next season, so we will need Asik for next season and beyond

Exactly. The article is POORLY WRITTEN and doesn't profess to have any insight other than to say that the Rockets will trade SOMEONE from their entire roster for Dwight and some magic players. That's all it conjectures. Any idiot knows that. We know nothing more than we did before this garbage was written.

Not to mention, if the balls don't land high enough, we still have to give our own draft pick for this year up, due to the Terrance Williams trade.

You should be able to help wondering this, considering that is a ridiculous plan for Morrey to bet his job/career on.

His plan was to gather a bunch of assets and turn them into a superstar and it looks like that might finally happen!!

I think that pick is completely lottery protected.

Uh...yes it does. Standing pat guarantees us staying in the 13th -16th which last I checked is not indicitive of a good pick or a good season.

No one knows this for a fact. It is a risk worth taking for a player of Howard's caliber considering the leverage we will have; monetarily.

You've got to be willing to fail in order to succeed.

Im sorry but Dwight Howard may be the best center in the NBA but not top 5. He cannot lead his team like people think he can. He is not worth this team suffering after he leaves this team in the summer of 2013. You guys are just desperate for an all star that you are blinded by the fact that the Rockets cannot start rebuilding once he leaves because the Magic have all our draft picks and we'll be stuck with bad contracts.
