It seems the Rockets paid market price for both Landry and for Scola/Lowry. It's just that the market for Scola and Lowry were higher. Remember Landry only had 1/2 season worth of bench minutes when he became an FA while Scola and Lowry have several seasons worth of work to inform teams.
