I'm not dickriding Jimmy and I didn't make this thread. The only reason this thread is so long is Harden fans trashing Butler for being an inferior player, when I am saying actually no, you are overrating Harden. It's true that harden is a better regular season performer, but in the Playoffs Jimmy Butler has reached a level that Harden will never reach, given that Harden's best days are behind him. Harden has done very little in the Playoffs, he has never willed his team to victory, he has not ever won a series where his team was the underdog. He has never won us a game that we had no business winning in the postseason, despite numerous opportunities. In contrast, while Harden has never won us a series that we were underdogs for, he has also LOST many times to teams that were underdogs to him. Portland in 2014, Spurs in 2017 to name a few.
3. Harden fanbois think Harden is equal or better than Butler. 4. They hate him cause Butler refuses to join Harden and their loser fanbois misery by being 2nd round fodder 5 years in a row. 5. Jimmy put an ass beating on their boy in last years playoffs.
Another stinker from Butler, except this time the other team on the court is actually good. God what a weak era.
I can never understand why In the quest to slobber over anyone nuts to slander/sht on Harden, the anti harden fans go for butler, Lillard and Paul George.
Scored 13 points in the 4th and brought the Heat back. Obviously he didn't play well overall, but he should get credit for coming through in game 5. This is something I wouldn't have confidence in Harden doing
Butler literally gave the ball away to kill their chance at a win then began chucking. Sound just like Harden. Fake comeback and another L
I was telling my son about this thread a bit earlier having said that, Butler is a sensational talent. I’ll likely never be as good at anything as Butler is at basketball.
It’s hilarious trying to hate on butler here, for not beating the nuggets as an 8th seed. He scored their last 13 points and made it a game. harden has the talent he’s just a p***y mentally
They said the same about Jokic last few seasons. There can only be one team. Butler is an amazing talent as well as Harden.
I think ultimately klay will go down as the most overrated player in history but jimmy is definitely up there. People talk about him as a franchise guy which is hilarious
Who talks about Jimmy Butler as a franchise player? Weird to pile on Butler on a random Wednesday in February, but ok. Nothing to do with Harden, nothing to do with the Rockets, nothing to do with the western conference. So weird and random.
