another chantix quitter here (will be a year in april). was a pack a day guy before. doc said it wasn't a miracle drug when he prescribed it to me, but it's been just that. was unable to go 45 mins or so without a cig before.
I have a good friend who has been using one for about a year now, not sure what brand, and he likes it. He got it for traveling since he went to Australia last year and wanted to smoke on the plane. He still smokes real cigarettes now and then so I am not sure how good of a quit smoking aid it is for him.
Im using the disposable ones, I go back and forth between Blu and cig2.0 (cherry flavor) I find it does just fine, when I get a hankering for a cig, I take a few puffs off them and Im fine. It also comes in handy just to hold in hand for those who need to keep their hands busy. I havent completely quit smoking, but I have cut WAY down.(a pack lasts three to four days)
