    Not sure how long it will take, but if you also link to a Youtube of you performing and explain the account is for your fan base; they might give you priority response.

    Have you tried a lawsuit against FB? It's negatively effecting your business. I'm sure a letter from a lawyer will get them to notice.

    Facebook is VERY aware of the compromise in their security. The most common way facebook accounts are compromised is by obtaining your email address (hide your email people!!!). Once they hack/compromise your email, you're facebook is likely good as gone. Facebook doesn't care.

    My advice is for people to use an email address in which you can call for support. (ie: don't use yahoo/hotmail/gmail ... use a service provider's email)
