We just cut him for no reason whatsoever.

We could have used him in the playoffs.

    Definitely Morey's most pathetic move.

It was just bizzare, they kept Tyson Chandler - and let Harty go......I mean Harty was WAY better than Chandler this year..and was a developing player.

I still don't understand that move.

Yes it was, especially when it was a running joke every time Tyson was forced to be on the court. But supposedly he was great in the locker room ...

Why not just cut him and make him a low level coach so he can still be that presence? He wasn't doing anything on the court.

Mike D would disagree with you. I didn't agree with cutting him (stupid move on the Rockets end), but he sure as hell would not have seen any time under Mike D besides garbage time.

I was under the impression that Hartenstein was done a favor by being cut.

Will try to enjoy watching him there without being sad and jealous. No doubt he'll thrive under Malone.

I remember us picking up Nwaba after cutting him, and Nwaba wasn't going to play anyway, but I vaguely remember something about cutting @Williamson's son as a favor to him. I agree with others, though - I doubt he was going to get any playing time with D'Antoni's 3-man rotation.

He’s an MVP off the court, that’s for sure.

I hope he does good in Denver. Houston prefers to waste young prospects.

Imagine having him as a 3rd center of the bench, learning from Demarcus and Woods. Shame.
