I'mma just brag because I've been saying how a post game would help him for years and for him to say it just confirms what I've been saying. It's good that Rockets realize that hey, yes, threes and layups are efficient but you can also just take what the defense gives you.
I just disagree. All these adjustments the Rockets made for Harden comviently allowed Harden to score more and move his feet less? I'm pretty sure Morey and Dantoni were like "this guy will never be active off ball and he likes concerving stamina by limiting the number of steps he takes per game so we will implement a system that maximizes Harden".
Hrrrm. I hate trying to read Social Media tea leaves. But I have to say it doesn't seem like a good sign....
Kobe gave no fcks, called ESPN and said trade me biatch! But that's why Kobe on the court was a GOAT and Harden is close but not yet.
Pre season. we know he has it in his game; he used it a lot in his early years w us. Won several games from mid range elbow post. But last 3 years he’s really backed away from it, and I was specifically referring to back door cuts — don’t recall seeing any of those this preseason from him but I could have missed them. Terrible stream issues.
The stats arent good bro. He can do it in the clutch which is what Silas seems to be advocating but anytime other than that is not a smart play.
When you have a player that is that type of all time great offensive force and you want to play him heavy minutes and have an huge usage, absolutely. Maybe. That is different than what Morey and MDA have said but it is possible.
it's his own insta not some tmz paparazzi site, LOL!!! Grown ass man acting like a acting like an angsty pre-teen again...
FWIW I don't think it means anything related to the Rockets. At the end of the day Harden still wants to be traded, the Rockets have not found a suitable deal and Harden and Silas are developing a relationship. Will there be a divorce? Probably but maybe not.
Kobe was a GOAT because he was like MJ, Kareem, Reed, Erving, Hakeem and Bird - in that he was driven to do whatever it took to win a championship. Harden does not share that same drive nor does he possess that level of determination. I'm sure that he really wants to win a ring but having watched this cluster**** he set into motion, I am unconvinced that he possesses the willness to make the type of sacrifice doing so would entail. That's why he wants to be traded to Brooklyn because it would appear to be the easiest path to a championship (in his mind).
