If Lebron wins it the year after Westbrook completely eschewed team success for personal glory...a year in which Lebron ran off his best player, blew up his team and then ran off a coach...then the award means nothing anyway. Harden will be lifting that Larry OBrien anyway, that’s the real goal.
MVP discussion is done months ago. The only discussion is who is the runner up and it’s clearly Lebron.
We'll see. This is pretty much the exact same thing that happened last year. Media going into overdrive on Lebron, just as they did Westbrook, down the stretch.
Harden had his MVP locked up the last 2 times as well 1 month before the season end. Then he ends up having average to mediocre performances down the stretch while the other candidate has all-time great performances.
Good thing the MVP race is decided based upon a player's whole body of work during a long season and not the last 30 days.
That is what is so absurd about the Lebron narrative. They say he has had to do so much on his own, and some say Harden has a lot more help. The fact is Lebron's personality chased away the sidekick he had that won him a championship, if you have a personality that is detrimental to winning ands to keeping teammates happy the lack of help is your own fault and shouldn't be rewarded with an MVP. Lebron also has an official current All-Star on his team and Harden does not.
I feel like you could say anything and literally get 30 likes. Can you try to say something really stupid as an experiment? Like, type in the letter “j” five times or something. Let’s see how many likes you get.
What in the ever loving **** is this? The rockets and Harden have run over the entire league and played themselves into an extended stretch of completely and totally meaningless basketball. And this is the period you want to judge Harden on? Not to mention we’ve still won practically every single game we’ve played in the stretch. The dumb ****ing logic required to vote for Lebron just isn’t happening this year. Harden deserves it unanimously and will win it in a landslide. Don’t let ESPN and chicken little posts like this fool you.
He even tried to grow out his beard haha... ...but he’s not the Beard! I dont know why but LeBrons beard makes him look Amish or something. Like his name should be Abel.
probably true but i feel you're underestimating zen-like spotonniness and brevity of the clutch's comment
