Don't start with me @vlaurelio. I'll end you with a deluge of insults. I WAS JOKING! Stop being a b****.
If the Rockets say he was sick...I guess he was...but I have to say that its more likely that the concussion theory may have some weight...He took a very hard fall to the ground the previous game. Surprised the NBA doesnt address these things more.
LOL back pedalling if Harden really turns out to have a concussion must be a real funny joke to pass up right
I’m glad to know something was up. Whatever we won. F all the haters. Pretty sure our next game won’t be until Monday. That’s 5 days off. He and Capela and CP3 will get some well deserved rest. Look. We’ve had an unbelievable season. The Warriors are the favourites, they’re the defending champs. But all we can ask for before the series begins is to be fully rested and healthy and we’ve got that! Definitely got reasons to feel good.
This playoffs just shows the difference between having 2 stars as opposed to 1 star. Imagine if the Rockets only had Harden or Paul, everyone of their bad games would be sign of choking. This is why the whole "choked in the playoffs" narrative had always been BS. Every player have bad games. But if you have teammates that can still get the win during your bad game no one will remember those "choking" moments.
Anyone else starting to think @vlaurelio is actually Harden and is trying super hard to sell this whole “sick” thing? Laying it on super thick
Recency Bias. Especially in a world where the attention span is 30 seconds, no way anyone remember what Harden did earlier in these playoffs.
Atleast he got sick when we have a comfortable lead in the series. Give the guy a break. He's been great this series. It's because of him and the rest of the team that Chris paul was able to unleash the kraken this game. previous team and season PAUL Was ALREADY Banged up AND TIRED carrying HIS TEAM just past the first round that he no longer have enough for a big game in the second round. Now it looks like he's still fresh and ready to go against GSW. Harden will recover. HE ALWAYS DOES.
Harden said nothing about it. We wouldn't have known if CP hadn't mentioned it in a victorious postgame interview. Today is May 8. Around this time last year, on May 11, Harden had another mysteriously bad game. There was no victorious postgame interview, because that was the game in which the Spurs eliminated us. Just sayin'.
“He was hurt”. Not something you’d typically say if it was just flu like symptoms. Whatever it is, I hope he’s fully recovered by next series. We need him at the top of his game.
I dont really care, Harden didn't play well but its not like he wasn't being aggressive and he was trying on defense.
