    I have always been a big defender of Harden, but I think he should be docked pay for any game he misses due to not following these rules. A number of the NBA rules strike me as questionable and the whole monopoly thing with the public financing their arenas etc strikes me as problematic. However, their rules wrt to Covid and Public Health are not among them. About $500k per game is his pay. Given how he has participated in practice and the last exhibition game , which seemed to indicate some good faith, I wonder if it is possible he does not know the rules. I also suspect the stress of the whole thing is getting to him.

    I agree with those who say he needs an agent/ advisor other than mom and at $500k per game lost he may find that it is not cheaper to have mom be his agent.

    The Rockets should not panic and take the low ball offers.

    Unfortunately that’s hard to disagree with. Wouldn’t have said it before covid. I’m sure he does lots of good work that doesn’t get as much press, but he is really shooting himself in the foot with all this.
