1. jordan 2. kobe. 3. lebron 4. hakeem, 5. wilt. 6. Shaq 7. Magic Johnson 8. Larry Bird 9. kareem 10. Tim Duncan. these ten are easily above harden. I agree he's not even in the top 20. you can't put him up there until he at least gets us to the NBA finals. That means malone's above him. barkley. etc.
I get the connection but a ring does not determine your talent. A ring (championship) is a TEAM award. Yes the best players on that team tend to get the accolades and the blame for that teams success or failure, but is has very little to do with their talent. I would argue this...in the last 5 season Harden has been at the top of the MVP discussion. He has won one and IMO been railroaded out of two others. Now he is among the top two again this year. He has sustained excellence and appears to be only improving on that. I am not at all saying that the rings carry no weight, but I am not going to put that ahead of what my eyes are telling me. Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, Elgin Baylor, Karl Malone and the list goes on, are far greater player than ones that even have multiple rings for example...Steve Kerr, Luke Walton, Sasha Vujacic, Will Purdue, ect..
Don't be surprised if Toyota Center's front banner next year has them all shirtless, and the estrogen level in the arena is through the roof.
His behavior this year is exactly what you hope for from a highly paid superstar. Alas, it's also pretty rare.
Wow, so did James swear off women? Haven't seen or heard of him w any thots in years. All about winning at this point, which is impressive.
Shid the next 20 are guards better than harden. 11. Ginobilli 12. Parker 13. Ron Artest 14. Jj barea 15. Leonard 16. Dwade 17. Mario Chalmers (NCAA champion & ring) 18. Ray Allen 19. Chauncey billups 20 rip hamilton ( NCAA champion and rings)
We need to rest Harden after games and give Morey more exercise. Morey should be on the big treadmill!
