    Sounds like a coach that develops young talents and then handing it to a more experienced elite coach for contending.

    Well let's see.... Howard has led a team to multiple post seasons with 1 NBA final and Harden has done it once.

    Personally, I'd keep both and remember that it takes time develop on court chemistry. And personally I am not an idiot who makes sweeping generalizations after 1 game.
