He had 44 points and 17 assists 6 boards against the blazers. He had 33 points and 8 assists 8 boards in 3 quarters against the Nuggets in his first two games of the year on cruise control for the Rockets before he shut up shop. Those 50 point triple doubles are there but the need is not.
Well, well, well ... what do we have here? 40 points 15 assists 10 boards when Kyrie and KD were out. As I said, when the need arises james Harden brings out the big guns
This is how you put a bunch of role players on your back and drag them to a win and make look better then they are in the process. This reminded me of the first year with Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson. Still waiting on the media to tell me this wasn’t fun to watch, but all I’m seeing is praise. Interesting
Zach Lowe said this yesterday on his podcast... “I realized that James Harden is the like that robot in "Mandalorian" who was re-programmed from a killer to nursing robot. In Houston, he had no choice but played that annoying style with what he had. With Nets he is now the nursing robot that is lovable.”
Think Mina Kime, who was a guest on his podcast, actually made the comparison. She's in favor of Harden being MVP. Embid's out. Between Jokic, Giannis and Harden, think it could be close. Harden may get another one. Just sadly that his reputation is rehabbed because he left the Rockets.
thanks for clearing that up I think it will be Jokic if his team gets a top 4 seed or Denver’s record is around the same as BK it’s crazy, but was also so predictable, just how much the perception has changed
Its amazing to watch the media totally flip on Harden. He's the same player...just different circumstances. Weird.
I actually want him to be the MVP now. It hurts for us, but Fertita has made this season so miserable, I think that's the only thing that would suck for him more than the season has sucked for me. Can you imagine the media mocking us for that joke of a return for a reigning MVP? Fertita would have to go to Bali on his multi million dollar yacht to escape the collective laughter.
