Yeah but that isn't James. He is a bull, if he is physically able to walk onto the court, he is playing and he is staying on the court until the buzzer goes off. The guy has a high pain threshold.
I'm never sure what to make of James' injuries. Someone can graze his beard and he'll fall into the fetal position for 3 min. Next thing you know he's back out finishing the game with no ill effects. Hopefully that's the case here
Harden dosent need any rest. i mean we had that strange one game in 8 days thing so he dose not need any rest.I would rest him if the doctors think it could get worst if he plays on it.
Theres just no fway hes not going to play on his jedi star wars hoodie bobble head day. May the force stay with the beard. Amen PELICANTS
I’m pretty sure he will play. This man doesn’t feel any pain. He is the kind of guy to play with a broken finger and stuff. HarGod
we're not beating NOLA without Harden or any other team...Harden is the heart and soul of this team. CP3 is good but he's not good enough like harden. CP3 cannot carry a team like harden and that's a fact JACK.
Harden on sitting out: "Mike knows not to come at me with that." this was a quote from last season, but it shows that he will refuse to sit out unless he's missing a limb or something.
Cp3 has well proven he can carry any team to win (though not as good as Harden) and its just the Pels without AD if Pops and LMA can do it without Kawhi, them it's on MDA and Cp3 to figure it out
lets give MDA, cp3, ego, & co a chance to prove themselves for once the Rockets 22 game winning streak didn't prove anything
What?? CP3 can EASILY lead this team to a win against an AD-less Pelicans team. In fact, outside of a handful of teams, there isn't anybody that the Rockets wouldn't be favored against if Harden sat out.
I agree, RR, with you and the others who suggest that he sit out this next game. We have the depth to cover for James being out and it isn't the playoffs, when you play if you can drag your arse out onto the court, like Yao heroically did in LA during one of the great moments in Rockets playoff history. I would take no chances. I saw when the hit occurred, and even a bull like Harden should baby those knees, in my humble opinion.
