Any basketball fan would see that play and attribute it to a freak accident. Nothing more. Your speculative question wasn't needed as it was begging for idiotic responses.

All this banter between Lin haters and Lin lovers can simply be avoided by not giving both sides a platform to spew their vitriol. Posters that have been on this board before lin got here know that nowadays everything is viewed with a microscope. It's better to talk basketball and move on than speculate and argue.

There's definitely a streak of truth in ed_tx statements. All that because he voiced his about your sugar-daddy? Speaking of 'getting in the last lick', how does his ass taste?

 

I for one hope Harden comes back strong tonight with no lasting effects from what was just an accident (or an opposing player actually holding his arm). Anyone blaming Lin is just being stupid and petty. Lin did what he was supposed to do on a screen however the screener was holding Hardens arm. I am no LOF or LOH, just a realist( who happens to be a Rockets Only FAN ) who calls it like it is.

I don't disagree, a lot of times Lin fans say idiotic things.

Re Asik, some of the anger, you're right, seemed over the top.

(i do think though Asik should never have made his desire to be traded public, and he should not have sulked thus confirming those rumors, because once he did that it could not be undone , and that did damage to both his and the team's interests. So some anger justified IMO.)

The problem has always been LOFs have their ego invested in Lin - apparently having nothing else, which is their problem, not mine - and you can't make a disinterested comment because it's like pressing on an exposed nerve of theirs.

Moreover, it's not only that they react, but how they react, i.e., like a feral pack of autistic children who moreover lack any color or charm in their responses.

 

What do you know about LOFs? You called someone in this very thread an LOF who was obviously a Rockets fan. lol

 

Would it please you to have Docktor Mindbender to draw up a psychological profile of the LOF, their mental model, the workings of their cognitive machinery, their triggers, and an observational list of behaviors seen "in the wild"? I see everything.
