Miss Florida 2012, Laura Rutledge. 1:43 for the first sight of the aforementioned legs, which are really pretty.

Jefferson sure is catty and backhanded with his 'love for James Harden's game.

I'm starting to wonder why ESPN even talks about the Rockets. Yes this is still the regular season, but the same standard is never applied to other teams or players. Apply the same standard to the Bucks, Lakers, Philly, Boston, Denver, Utah etc. that nothing they do matters until the playoffs. Lets level the playing field. Every time the media gloats about a big night for Giannis or AD Rockets fans should start screaming that it doesn't matter. Same for Embid, Jokic, PG or anyone else who hasn't won it all. This selective BS wont stop, because no one holds these guys accountable. I wish that for once someone would bring up different teams and players who have fallen short in the postseason on one of these shows just to hear them try to worm their way out of it. I like Paul Pierce, i just want to know what the other teams/players excuses are for not winning in the playoffs.

As I've said previously, I think threads on these hot take video and radio segments from any source ought to have their own folder within the GARM. They're like newpapers: utterly disposable but prone to make making a ton of clutter if you don't find a place for them. Last year, it seemed like half of all posts on the front page of the GARM were these types of threads. And, I suspect 95+% of posters don't even watch them and just respond directly to whatever the provocative title of the thread is. I mean, they're Rockets-related, but maybe it's time for a specific place for these threads, so they're not cluttering up the GARM and people that so want to talk about them aren't being inundated by people just reacting to the title.

People expected the Rockets to be around the same as OKC last year.
They wanted expected us to top out on the 40s in wins .
They expected Harden and Russ to be about the same as PG13 and Russ
So . . .. yea we beyond expectations or at least on course for it .. .

As for the Playoffs. . . . How many times have the Rockets were the Higher seed and lost in the Playoffs?

Man wtf is Paul Pierce even saying in that video?

We're consistent. We were the best team other than Durant's Warriors for 2 years. No one else beat them. Arguably, no one in history would beat that team. We crushed everyone else, regular season and playoffs.

What is this stupid narrative about effort and defense and style? Just the fact that we were that close to beating Durant's Warriors while NOOOOOOOOOOT being the 2nd most talented team in the league is consistent overachievement IN THE PLAYOFFS.

Who the F has the answers for how to beat those Warriors, and how come no other team did it even with more talent than the Rockets?

    FFS.

This is true of roughly 97% of the NBA in any given season. Why do you even watch?

People need to shut the **** up about titles being the only thing that matters.

Life is about the process not the destination. A bunch of guys on a firetruck is nice and all but if you use it to define everything you're missing the point.
