Is Harden’s incessant partying going to become an issue as he enters his age 32 season? He missed a non-required day of practice to attend Lil b’s party which was all over TMZ. He seems dedicated and in good shape with his UH practices, but will he remain dedicated throughout the season or continue to party heavily? He is soooo talented that he has always been able to get away with both, but once again the concern is if he can do both in the future (and stay at an MVP level) with father time becoming more of a factor in the equation. Scary to imagine the type of numbers he could continue to put up (as he ages) if he had an off-court lifestyle more similar to players like Bryant, Curry, James, and Jordan.
exactly The day before Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals against Patrick Ewing and the New York Knicks, Jordan jumped into a limo and took the 100-plus-mile trip south to Atlantic City. How long Jordan spent there is a matter of debate. The New York Times reported at the time that he was there until 2:30 a.m. In “The Last Dance,” Jordan said he was gone before midnight and back by 1 a.m. Whenever Jordan went to bed, he looked worse for wear the next day, shooting 12-for-32 in a 96-91 loss that put the Knicks up 2-0 in the series. he went to his friend’s birthday party...big deal people act like he does meth pre-game and hits up the liquor store after practice Harden is a gym rat who puts in as much work on his game as anybody, but because he’s not locked in the house it’s a problem...
If somebody writes code 98% and spend the rest watching p*rn, does that person have an incessant addiction to the latter? By OP's logic, shaq is an incessantly grat FT shooter. Rodman is shocked
I hate corporate minded idiots. And Harden has a decade of credibility on being able to perform and do what he wants off court? Why would that change now?
I don't care what Harden does with his down time bc he balls out when its time to hoop but Harden isn't winning a ring without a true no 1 ala KD Bron Kawhi type player.
Dude ain't a machine. Give the guy a ******g break. He deserves to enjoy life as a human and not worry about basketball 24/7. Start making these threads if somehow you see him way too drunk prior to a required practice or an actual regular season/playoff game. Man, no wonder Harden wants out of this toxic fanbase.
I love how Pat Riley is given the aura of determined winning focused winnerness when the showtime lakers literally ****ed and snorted their way across america for a full decade.
he will be 31 all of this season coming up............he doesn't enter a season as a 32 year old until the following season
