I purchased a foreclosed house and after a few months, got the chance to enter my new home. The mess was amazing, the smell even worse. I cannot, in text, tell you how terrible it was walking in that house for the first time. Fortunately we live in a society that I can broadcast the images of the house to you via internet superhighway digitally. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkmdONvfZrs Enjoy.
So you're telling me that if my shower looks like a bomb full of baby **** exploded in it that I'm not normal?
The biggest thing that stuck out to me is the basement. You can't have a basement in Houston. Also there was no fence around the back yard which is something I've seen more outside of Texas.
Meth lab? I am interested in checking out the final images after you have restored it. That's quite amazing.
Too bad you're not in Houston. You could hire a crew of day workers to clean all of that stuff up, and tell them if you see anything you like, just take it. That place would be gutted in two days...
How the hell do people leave that much behind??? I realize a lot was crap, but that looked like everyone of their possessions. I'm assuming the last residents are in jail.
That's because they took those dirty dishes and placed them back in the cabinets while still dirty. It took three of my friends and myself two full days to clear that place out. Over 90+ black contracter bags were stuffed and we filled up two 40 foot rolloffs.
