Go to www.peoplelookup.com then click on the number in the list... then look on the left. The only issue is that it may be the switching station for the phone bank, and not the address.
True story...about 8 years ago I use to work in mobile xray services. I got a page about 11pm from some nursing home...no big deal. On my way back from the chest xray (about 12am) I got this page from a long distance number...it was in Dallas. I called it and asked the 'usual' I got a page from this number. It was some guy that just went off on me... "Yeah Mofo, I know you trying to talk to Alicia, why you being a coward, come face me B!itch!" "WTF B!tch, why don't you come talk to my face B!tch!" I was stunned at first and tried to tell this guy he had the wrong number and I can't be the guy he was trying to get a hold of b/c I live in Houston (even though the pager and phone was purchased in Dallas by my company)but he just kept going on and on and definitely sounded like he was drunk. It seemed like about 2-3 mins of his trash talking before I knew this idiot wasn't listening to me. I tried everything to explain to this guy...I asked him 'who is the guy you're trying to get a hold of?' and he said 'YOU B!TCH!' LOL. Finally I knew there was no reasoning with him and just ended the call with... "Yeah okay you got me, I hit that **** already, you can have my sloppy seconds." and hung up. The dude paged me/called my cell, about 10 more times that night before I told the answering service to just call my home because some guy is harassing me, and I just turned off my pager/phone. That guy was pissed.
Some of the stories in here are more of a prank, or wrong number tone... The OP I put up is about someone I have known for 3 years. They knew they were calling me. They knew they were threatening me and my family. It's just nothing I could do much about that's all. Unless actual violence were to take place (which won't by the way) the police wouldn't even do anything about it. I guess I was just needing a place to vent about it. It's all fine now though... some other major things happened today in a meeting that completely erase the negative effects of the harassment. It's gonna be just fine. Thanks for lending me your "ears" and obliging my vent. Feel free to use the thread as a therapeutic or cathartic place to dump your story as well.
