Heck, no. It's an ASIAN LUNAR YEAR Celebration... why would they have Hispanics there, main? ;)

Yes, the name of the group is Ambassadors Ballet Folklorico. My nephews were performing, but we ALWAYS go to the celebration by the Boone/Bellaire area regardless of who is performing.

Video I took of the Chinese Lunar Year Celebration on January 24:

    <object width="400" height="267"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="false" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="movie" value="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=3088681&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=0&amp;show_byline=0&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=00ADEF&amp;fullscreen=0" /><embed src="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=3088681&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=0&amp;show_byline=0&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=00ADEF&amp;fullscreen=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="false" allowscriptaccess="always" width="400" height="267"></embed></object>

Does anyone know the name of this group dancing? ^

Sorry about the DELAYED BUMP. I barely got around to upload the video. :(

I can't get the video to look "16x9" after the upload. It always becomes 4:3 when I upload.

They look like they are members of Tzi Chi which is a Buddhist organization based out of Taiwan.
