How was everyone’s feast last night? Any arguments, fights break out? Did you get any dessert? By dessert I mean poon.

When we carved the Turkey this scene was referenced. Thanfully didn’t turn out that way.

I was cooking all day so barely ate anything other than taste testing. Two hours before I made the mistake of binging on appetizers like crackers and cheese. By the time it got to actual dinner I couldn’t even finish the first plate and then spent the next hour in a food coma. I did revive enough for pie though

Feast was great. Just my wife and kids, and later my in-laws stopped by to say hi. No drunken political rants at my house. Neighbors had a block party but I didn’t participate since I don’t drink at home. Going to my 99yo grandmothers for lunch today. They eat dinner between 9-10pm, way too late for my little guys to not be melting down.

Dessert was on the menu but I opted to sleep since my stomach was stuffed and wife took care of biz the night before. I’m obligated later today though.
