There were some Mexican guys I work with that brought a "celebration" watermelon to work today. Yep...that's what they called it.

Either way...he was a true Libertarian. He was a visionary. He was taken way too soon. Wish there were more like him still today.

Incredible person with vision far beyond his time, everyone should all strive to be like him. Also probably one of the best public speakers to ever walk this earth.

    Happy MLK day!

I quizzed my 10-year-old son last night on FaceTime about Martin Luther King. I'm proud to say that he aced it!

Happy MLK day! The world needs him now more than ever.

Happy Protestant Reformation! The 95 Theses are very thought provoking.

Great man, great deeds... Happy MLK Day. Visiting the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis is still one of the most emotional/moving experiences of my life.

Happy MLK day, as a child we had President's day off and no MLK day, so happy that it was replaced with this great day and recognize a great American.

King was anything but a Libertarian, between their arguing against the Civil Rights Act and wanting to abolish public education. People think blacks vote Democrat out of blind loyalty, but they needed two amendments and two wars to get legal personhood; so they have to vote for the more bureaucratic party, because states' rights and threadbare federal oversight libertarians espouse would be insurmountable obstacles to their enfrachisement.

Starting this year, my company added MLK day and now has both as holidays.
