I saw his documentary and what amazed me was the perfect timing of everything. They said that if he wasn't cut by us at that exact date, the Knicks wouldn't have been able to pick him off waivers. And that the Nets game really was the last game he would play because they were planning on cutting him afterwards. Just amazing how it all came together. And what actually impressed me a bit more was that the director started to follow Lin before he was even famous. How lucky is that guy? His documentary would have just been a footnote, if even that.
I think Lin deserves to showcase his talents. It would mean more to the Asian community if Lin was given the star role on a team. He won't put up the stats he can on the rockets.
He is doing fine at Houston as long as he gets starter's minutes even coming off the bench. But to be in a star role, as much as I hate to see him leaving, he needs to go to bottom teams which don't have a good point guard and no ball dominant SG, like Orlando, Milwaukee, Lakers, Jazz etc, even the Knicks for Linsanity II the sequel. LOL.
I think Lin would rather be on a winning team as a 3rd option than a 1st option on a tanking team. Guy seems competitive as hell.
He works hard and deserves to be on a winning team as well. It would be a waste of his talent to play on a scrub team. Victories are better than stats. Lin deserves the victories more.
likewise, everyday is LOH day. for trolls, no, there will never be a troll day. so come out and live.
