Happy birthday Asik and thanks for a great season. I was more than impressed with him last year. I thought he would be a decent center when we signed him but I had no idea he would rebound and play defense as well as he did.

Love this thread. All this talk about Howard makes us forget that Omer is by far our best center since Yao... Hope he retires a Rocket.
When he made that bank shot in the 4qrt against san antonio, I knew that he would not back down from anyone and be one hell of a center for us. here's to hoping you will stay with us

My favorite game was game 5 of the 1st round series with OKC when they tried hack-Asik and failed because he kept making most of his FTs.
