LOL!! Good luck! I bought 20K primers (sp,lp,sr,lr) 2 years ago and have been rationing ever since. I have avoided looking for them for fear of how much they have gone up in price. I seriously do not understand how it is so hard to keep up with demand. Bulk metal prices are down, labor is available, energy is cheap, run the factories 24/7 people!
for reloading spent cases (or fresh ones). You have no need for them, they are built in to the factory ammo you buy.
I have somebody offering me a Glock 23C .40 caliber for $450. Is that a good deal. BTW, I can't find ammo anywhere.
I went ahead and bought it. Came with an extra clip, holster, cleaning kit, and ammo (extremely difficult to find) along with the gun, case, and all accessories it originally came with. I think I got a good deal.
I already know how to shoot. Me and my cousin go to the gun range about twice a month. He is the one with the concealed carry permit and who got me into finally taking the course and getting my own. In fact, during the shooting part of our course we each had to fire 10 shots at a target and the instructor left me after I fired 3 and said "he's done this before".
Here's another question for the gun experts on here. Like I stated, I got a holster with the gun I bought but it doesn't do a great job of concealing the weapon underneath my clothing. Is there a holster out there that you guys would recommend?
Comp CTAC slide...for church or where people are going to be hugging, ankle holster. Get a good gun belt...http://www.thebeltman.net/
Ooops...forgot he has a compenstated G23. Go with the CTAC. I carry my G27 on my ankle, and it dissappears on my CTAC. You need to dress the part if you are going to use iwb. The CTAC will allow you to tuck your shirt, but untucked shirt is practically undetectable. Good choice in the G23.
Just looked at some Comp TACs online and I like what I see. Any websites you recommend for holsters? My concealed weapons instructor already said I have a good gun belt.
If you buy a gun from somebody else, how do you get ownership right (registration) transferred to you?
