My friend and I are having a debate and I swear I read somewhere that our lineup with Tucker at the 5 is much more effective than GSW's Hampton 5. I'm curious to know if anyone has any stats regarding the Hampton 5 vs our small ball lineup with Tucker at the center.
going into game 3 we had over a +10 net rating using tuckwagon vs hamptons 5, i'm sure game 3 messed that up though
Rockets Have Embarrassed the 'Hampton 5' Line Up From the first 2 games. Game 3 probably skews these results. Iggy was out for Game 4 so no data there.
Tuck is our new version of Mario Elie.... the x factor. He makes us the BIG 4 with Joe Chee waiting in the wings! Including Ariza we are the NASA 5 ready to blast off towards Uranus!
Here are our stats this series for lineups that have played at least 10 minutes on the floor: http://stats.nba.com/lineups/advanc...s&TeamID=1610612745&CF=MIN*GE*10&LastNGames=4 And same for the Warriors: http://stats.nba.com/lineups/advanc...s&TeamID=1610612744&CF=MIN*GE*10&LastNGames=4 The Tuck-wagon lineup has a better Net rating than the Hamptons 5 overall, but not sure what is the differential specially when they are matched up against eachother.
