That first chant is fake - I've seen multiple videos where the same audio is dubbed over a protest. I don't know about the second one. Intifada refers back to Arafat's resistance to the occupation.

 

You are entitled to believe that if you will, but sounds like you finally are buying into ATW's viewpoint.

These protests are not about the destruction of Israel. Are you serious? Israel started bombing Gaza almost immediately after the attacks killing Palestinian civilians - that's what these protests are about.

Israel isn't going to defeat Hamas like this. Hamas has already prepared for and anticipated it. They want this. Israel is playing right into their hands. Hamas isn't the one that suffers, it's civilians. Both sides know this.

 

Where was the ****ing WHO with their "strong condemnations" when Hamas massacred peaceful civilians.

But if you think bombing Gaza to the stone age and displacing a million people is going to protect Israel you haven't been paying much attention to the world.

 

Anyone that is supporting Hamas or celebrating those attacks to try to make a political point is at BEST tone deaf.

Hamas needs to be eradicated, there is no other way to deal with them.....they are like Nazis - you have to kill the head of the snake and as many of the soldiers as possible as a deterrent.

I agree with you. How you go about defeating Hamas is the key though. Hamas is fighting a political war. It wants an Israeli invasion. It wants these bombings. It has calculated all of this obviously. Do you think they didn't anticipate a war with an Israeli invasion?

And it's easy to conflate Hamas with Palestinians. Hamas wants Israel to kill Palestinians. They know there is no better way to recruit more into their ranks and secure more funding. There is no way to get rid of Hamas without killing every single Palestinian because you can't tell the difference once they blend in and disappear. This is what Hamas wants. They see themselves as martyrs and will sacrifice a million people if it achieves their aims.

 

Did I say that was what I wanted? Nope.
