This is true - many Jews in places like the USA and Europe do not support Israel, and even if they politically support them, they have zero to do with the actual conflict. I do however believe there is some degree of antisemitism being exposed, especially in Europe and in the higher education universities in the USA. Some of it is that radical leftist in the University setting view Jews as white westerners and thus oppressors. Some of it is that Marxism is founded on the hatred of the Jew and it has trickled down. That isn’t to say there isn’t prejudice against Arab Muslims, there clearly is. To the regular man on the street - I suspect they are mods bigoted to an Arab Muslim than a Jew. However in the academic setting at the highest levels - it is the opposite. The hatred of the white establishment is equal to the hate for Jewry, as they are viewed as the same thing. Does that excuse the treatment of Palestinians by the Zionist Jew? No, but it is another example of how complicated and dead seated this whole issue is.

I won’t take a side. But what I and everyone should care about is American prosperity and the care of our own citizens. We are plunging deeper and deeper into debt; and by the aforementioned metric Israel is richer than us—so much so it provides universal healthcare and education there is zero reason to give the ~20 billion+ in aid this year to a country in less debt and more services. Let alone under the guise that it needs it for military actions against a country...without an army...navy...or airforce. Yes, a lot of it is because the Israeli military is one of the most incompetent in the world, relying on the use of disproportional force to achieve the same means, but that's on the Israeli military not on americans. anybody that is pro-America should side with guess…Americans. Take care of our veterans, fix the broken VA system, provide subsidized lunches for kids...things that would be consistent with a country taking care of its own and not a foreign entity.
