So true and so sad that so many fans here never saw the man play.

Interestingly enough, Dream is 8th all-time in playoff scoring average. So where do his center peers rank?

For comparison, Jordan averaged 3.3 more points per game in the playoffs vs the regular season and Dream averaged 4.1 more points per game in the playoffs vs the regular season.

    All-Time Career Playoff Scoring Average

    1. Michael Jordan 33.45

    8. Hakeem Olajuwon 25.90

    14. Shaquille O'Neal 25.23
    18. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 24.31
    23. Tim Duncan 23.39
    27. Wilt Chamberlain 22.54
    30. Moses Malone 22.10
    33. Kevin Garnett 21.63
    48. Patrick Ewing 20.24
    71. David Robinson 18.07
    88. Bill Russell 16.20
    102. Robert Parish* 15.33

Dream...always like threads with Hakeem on it.

I think a Dream v Dwight thread would be an interesting debate.

To me, it's the performance in the post season where legends and reputations are forged. Hakeem did that and so much more. As said ad nauseam, if Hakeem had a wing player like MJ in his career or if the 86 team did not implode, the sky would have been the limit to what he could have achieved individually and the Rockets as a team.

Nobody here saw Jesus when he was alive.
You wouldn't be Christian if you didn't believe in what he did.

You would not be a Rockets fan if you didn't believe in what Hakeem/Akeem did.
There's a statue of him front of the stadium and banners in the building because of him.

Why are there non-believers in this Clutch City Church?

Judgment Day will come. The goats will be separated from the sheep.
