    There could be a couple problems:

    Copyright: Copying and distributing photos someone else took without their permission could be a copyright violation.

    Release: Making public images of a person in a situation in which they had an expectation of privacy without their permission, could be a violation of that person's rights, such as rights of privacy. From what you've said, the person gave some sort of use to their significant other ,but the release likely did not extend beyond that. As mentioned in an above post, people's rights vary from state to state.

    How is it not legal? I'm pretty none of us here have gotten Salma Hayek's or Kate Upton's consent to post their picture. Well, in those situations we would need the permission of the copyright holder, which is usually the photographer. But if you took the picture yourself then it is legal. As long as you don't make money off of it.

    Lol congratulations. If I wanted my identity hidden, I probably wouldn't of called out so many people to come check me out at the rec.

    Swoly, I haven't found her all day, but I'm pretty sure she should be in the library/rec tomorrow, since Monday/Wednesday classes are all the same. If possible, I'll update with a picture tomorrow
