Beverly, Harden, Parsons, Smith & Howard would be supreme!!!

Smith and Howard down low would not work.

I bet you he will work with rockets to play with his best friend and form a big 3.

Lebron , wade , bosh all did

Plus since smith won't get max rockets can offer a backloaded deal to make the numbers work for this year

James Anderson's salary would be off the books in order to sign Howard. I don't have the exact math but you basically have to dump everyone that is dumpable with the exception of Beverly Greg Smith and parsons plus trade Trob to acquire Howard. Maybe there is half a mil left after that but not much more. So then you have to trade equal value to acquire Smith. It's dollar for dollar because we are under the cap. So Asik and White get you 10 mil. I know people want Josh Smith but I just don't any scenario he takes that amount to sign here. You've got to add DMO, TJones and Greg smith. Or just throw in Lin and it works. Now you don't have to send all of those to Atlanta. You can do side deals and get draft picks back but in the end you have to get far enough below the cap to sign Smith for what he is willing to take. If that's 10 mil great. I would do that deal in a second. Okay maybenot a second because I value Asik more than many on this board but I would consider it.

I think he means Josh, not Greg.

I don't think that would work either. At least not offensively. Actually, it'll work if Josh Smith keeps chucking up those threes early in the clock. Howard could grab the board and put it back up for the slam.

I just mean that Josh Smith and Dwight Howard wouldn't work offensively, but not because of the compliment of skills between the two but because Josh Smith is just terrible offensively. If he played to his strengths (which he won't), they would work fine together.

Eh if anything the pattern is that Dwight makes stupid decisions and that's he's more about flash than substance. Signing with Houston would go against his pattern and I dont see any compelling evidence that says Dwight has changed or is ready to change. I think it's more likely he signs with the Lakers and they pull off some Hail Mary trade for Gasol that brings them the talent they need to make a run.

I kinda respect this more than coming out with rehashed stuff and calling it insider info.

Dude thinks Howard will be here because of the reasons posted, fair enough, I am of the same opinion.

While Doc's first post wasn't cryptic, notice how he takes time to capitalize
The Kid..... = we are getting KG to pair with Dwight!
    Solved :)
