I know some guys are really down on their luck and others are just scammers but why do they think coming up and knocking on a car window will get you to give them any money. That just scares me. Half the time I give someone any money is when I am walking with my wife somewhere and I would rather pay the buck to leave us alone then risk him going crazy and stealing her purse.
