Guys: do you pee standing up or sitting down?

I piss standing up always, but here's the real reason to piss sitting down.

KIDNEY STONES.

If you pee sitting down, you exert more pressure causing your piss to clear out more of the urethra of your penis, peeing standing up doesn't have as much pressure which leads to the development of kidney stones.

Kidneys stones are so painful according to doctors that its the closest thing to man having a baby. But I dont even follow my own advice cuz im young

 

It's kind of depressing to think that there are really men out there that take a piss sitting down.

 

I take a piss while hanging upside down from the ceiling!

not sure where i heard this, but in japan, 80% of men **** sitting down. now i don't know why, or WTF, but it's apparently true. as for me, i stand, unless i'm taking a #2 too.

Are you sure they're sitting and not squatting?

In Asian style toilets, it's actually pretty damn hard to aim perfect because you have to cover a further distance. So usually I squat down to avoid unnecessary misfires.

Then again, maybe they just got used to it, and sit down even for western style toilets.

 

I pee standing up in public, of course, but when I'm home, I'll sit down 70% of the time.


On a side note, would girls be able to pee if they bent over backwards while standing? I'm pretty sure when they go, it goes straight down... Yes, I've put much thought into this.

Peeing sitting down? The water level of toilets is too high to pee sitting down. How do you pee sitting down without getting toilet water on your wiener? That's sick.

But considering what Butterfingers said...I may start changing my toilet habits.

Anyway..in a lot of Africa and Asia, I found mostly squat toilets and a hose (no toilet paper to be had). You get used to local convention, and it's probably more sanitary anyway.

 

Only when I take a dump do I pee sitting down same for wiping, you don't want to stand up and have it smear all over your butt cheecks then you're gonna have a bigger mess to clean up.

 

I take a leak standing up and unless I'ma do a #2 no way could I just sitting down peeing.

Don't know that much about whether or not it's something to do with culture on this peeing sitting down or standing up.
