That is one tough dude. It looks like the vital organs were still intact somehow. He just keeps picking at the skin where the lower body tore off. Crazy how calm he is. Most of us probably would have freaked out.
Not really. The shock comes after, in the form of a realization that you're without your bottom half. We watch too many movies and actors overreact on stuff like this, but in reality, I think we'd feel a little pain because our skin was ripped off, and some organs would show, but we wouldn't be screaming. Meh, that's not gross at all. It shows guts and blood, yes, but not as gross as the moving face of the diving guy.
