Gutsy Dad Starts Car Wash So Autistic Son Has Place To Work

    ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) has been on the rise at an alarming rate. I believe the latest statistic is 1 in 68 are on the spectrum. Whatever the reason for the rise, they are a large part of our society. These kids and adults are *different* and I would said due to society not understanding them, they often "fall off the clip" after school with little help and little chance of employment.

    Wanted to share this is a great video of a car wash that employ autistic teens. I think this type of video give parents with children on the spectrum some relieve of what could be for their child.

    Wow, that's awesome!

    With a 10-year-old son with autism, I often wonder or worry what is in store for him later in life once he is out of school.

    This is inspiring though and I hope more employers take heart. Heck, maybe I'll open up my own car wash now. :)
