    I don’t buy that at all. You’d have as much impact from this as you would getting cut off in traffic on the way to the game. It’s a non issue to anyone not named Gurriel and I suspect he’s big enough to not worry about it during the game.

    I think they put it behind them pretty quickly. Fans and angry people will send their thoughts Yuli's way but that's the bed he made and I hope he's pro enough to compartmentalize.

    Pro athletes don't give a damn about the media or anyone's feelings. That is why they make it to such a high level. They can block out all that noise. The only people who have time to sit and think about this stupid stuff is the general public who have nothing better to do.
