Before DaDa begins litigation against MTV and Harmonix for theft of intellectual property , rumor has it that they've leaked another couple of songs for GH2. "Sweet Child of Mine" - Guns N' Roses "Freebird" - Lynyrd Skynyrd "Killing in the Name Of" - Rage Against the Machine No idea if they're legit or just rumor, but I thought I'd share.
I can't sue them, we sold Johnny's rights to Gizmondo, they could sue, and from my friends that left MTV and told me about the meeting with Harmonix, I am certain the case would do well. However, you can NOT copyright a style of gameplay. But, I really don't care if MTV and I can work out the "City of Rock" deal we are working on. DD
I told you that you can not copyright game play, although the only thing GTA or Rockstar about our game is that it is an open sandbox. But your comment still made me laugh. Thanks, DD
