Before DaDa begins litigation against MTV and Harmonix for theft of intellectual property :D , rumor has it that they've leaked another couple of songs for GH2.

"Sweet Child of Mine" - Guns N' Roses
    "Freebird" - Lynyrd Skynyrd
"Killing in the Name Of" - Rage Against the Machine

No idea if they're legit or just rumor, but I thought I'd share.

I can't sue them, we sold Johnny's rights to Gizmondo, they could sue, and from my friends that left MTV and told me about the meeting with Harmonix, I am certain the case would do well.

However, you can NOT copyright a style of gameplay.

But, I really don't care if MTV and I can work out the "City of Rock" deal we are working on.

I told you that you can not copyright game play, although the only thing GTA or Rockstar about our game is that it is an open sandbox.

    :)

But your comment still made me laugh.

    Thanks,

Updated complete song list (courtesy of 1UP).

    Nirvana; "Heart-Shaped Box"
Primus (original recording); "John the Fisherman"
Stone Temple Pilots; "Trippin' on a Hole in a Paper Heart
    Anthrax; "Madhouse"
Motley Crue; "Shout at the Devil"
The Police; "Message in a Bottle"
    The Pretenders; "Tattooed Love Boys"
Spinal Tap; "Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight
    Heart; "Crazy on You"
    Allman Brothers Band; "Jessica"
    Lynyrd Skynrd; "Freebird"
Avenged Sevenfold; "Beast and the Harlot"
    Dick Dale; "Misirlou"
Lamb of God; "Laid to Rest"
    Alice in Chains; "Them Bones"
    Reverend Horton Heat; "Psychobilly Freakout"
    Black Sabbath; "War Pigs"
    KISS; "Strutter"
Butthole Surfers; "Who Was in My Room Last Night?"
Van Halen; "You Really Got Me"
Guns N' Roses; "Sweet Child O'Mine
The Rolling Stones; "Can You Hear Me Knocking?"
    Rush; "YYZ"

A few of them, I'd say "Nice band, wrong song" but all in all not bad. Only 23 songs though and I thought they said there'd be close to 40, so there might be more released in the near future.
