I'm impressed by how many people can do 20+ pull-ups! I definitely belong in the 1-5 range, although I must confess I cheat and only use one hand!... Spoiler ....... ....... .......
interesting method, he does 3-4 at a time with a small break in between. any training gurus out there could explain physiologically how this works as far as muscle fatigue?
No problem. His muscles get less tired when he does a few at a time and takes breaks in between sets.
