    Seriously, this is sad

    I am so thankfull to live in an area un affected by recessions. we get tiny hiccups

    I recently got hired at a new job that pays 50% more than I made before

    if you are open to life changes you can move to the hamptons
    I will hire you as a laborer for $12 an hour. if you know anything I will get you 14.
    If you actually have skills and have worked in construction before I am looking for guys all the way up to project manager level. thats a $25/hour level these are all full time and have medical plus 401k

    drawbacks are cost of living and finding a place to sleep
    huge housing crunch

    we just got about 2 mill in new projects, so we need a few more guys .
    so I could bet on whatever day you read this, and make 50 bucks
    but it comes down to how desperate are you?
