Here's what I dont understand about this whole situation.... In GTA 3, you could screw a hooker in the car, which gave more life, BTW. Yet no one made a big fuss about it then. And this game came out how many years ago? They act like Rockstar crossed some sort of line....which they did, years ago that is. Where have these critics been....I guess not playing the game. BTW, the critics should play the game. I use GTA 3 as a way to relieve myself of the stress the world can dish out. Just get in my tank (in GTA 3)and blow **** up, run people over etc.....then I feel better.
I am surprised that they are making such a big deal out of this. Its not like this is the first popular game with nudity. Ex: Duke Nukem
Ok, so I got an xbox last week for my b-day and have been trying to get GTA: SA, and no luck anywhere...I've been trying online as well and pretty much everywhere its out of stock...WTF!!! I called up gamestop and they said in TX you can't sell Adult video games...I thought it was to put adult stickerson it, but that's not the case...I guess I can go to OK, or LA to find it but damn, that's a lot of work for a freakin' Video Game...I guess its ok to sell hardcore p*rn everywhere, but not video games...Like that makes sense... I ended up going to Circuit City and getting Fight Night and a baseball and hockey game...Anyway, I'm just ranting because by me not being able to get it, I want it more...I'll continue to search...Carry On...
I thought the AO Xbox/PC versions of the game would probably be the rarest GTA:SA versions, but I didn't think it would be this hard to find a copy. The only other places I could think of for you to look is ebay or something like that. I can't believe the "No AO games in TX" comment, although I admit I don't know too much about the subject. It just seems like some stores would sell the games, although I could see why a Wal-mart or other type of store may want to hold on for a while before selling a game that is being talked about like GTA:SA. This whole thing really irritates me for the most part. Here's an example of what I mean (maybe more D&D material):
We live in a litigious society...That is total BS...I just bought it on Ebay...New, sealed, etc...About a $15 premium (incl. Shipping), but I wanted it...My friend that bought me the xbox said she had it in her hands last week at Circuit City but decided on Halo, the first one...she called the store back when I told her and they said they pulled this past weekend...She's suppose to buy me Halo 2...
Glad to see you found a way to get the game you wanted. Not that you need any positive reviews for the game, but I thought it was very good. There's tons of gameplay packed in the disc. Also, you seem to have a nice collection of games for your Xbox. Regarding the whole Xbox/Xbox 360 argument, you should be able to get your Xbox to last a while with those games. Once you are "done" with your Xbox, a price cut (or cuts depending on how much you play) and a nice selection of next-gen games should be waiting for you. Not a bad plan at all, IMO.
i bought a copy of that game last year. I still have it, in it's plastic wrapper. I just need to find it in my garage.
I have been trying to download the game, but I have been stuck at 39, 64 % and so on, in several torrent downloads... Anybody know where I can download the game?
