that's the other thing, the lakers seem to love to go to people other than kobe at the end. and while kobe's track record hasn't been great lately, i can't remember the last time one of the other lakers even got off a real shot. it's always some trash like that fisher one-footer (nice play dfish, really had a chance), or odom falling down, or something stupid. you have to give that to kobe b/c he can shoot it over anyone. throwing to fisher 40 feet away going away from the basket is just begging for a terrible shot and you get what you deserve, OT. i had a feeling the warriors would win and now OT just feels like a formality.
his overall play, yeah he's stepped up. but he's a horrendous free throw shooter in pressure situation. always good for one miss, and then you just hope he makes the other.
Golden state went on a 10-1 run in the final minute. overtime now golden state has the momemtum. What a game.
This game reminds me of the first Lakers at Warriors game. Just incredible. Let's see how mentally tough the Lakers are in OT. They really blew it with those late turnovers.
turiaf blew it. trying to throw it from the corner, you have to be careful and he didn't even remotely try to avoid the turnover. just lollygagged a throws straight into ellis's hand. no turnover there and the lakers win the game. and now it's just the kobe show in OT. run the damn offense. kobe will still get his shots. don't just stand around and watch and don't just dribble out the clock kobe. lakers aren't running an offense at all, but fisher hit the shot.
how did we let Azubuike go last year? This is just one of many games for the Warriors where he has been outstanding!
Ouch, lane violation. WTF do played even feel the need to step into the lane on the first free throw. That's just F'ing stupid.
