    Reading the article I was thinking it was a human kidney...if it's part of the animal just pick it off and keep eating.

    dafuq is in that picture? I've never had chicken that looked like brains. popeyes is right. never eating kfc again since that picture is now etched in my head.

    I mostly drink tap water, but I do buy bottled water if I'm outside. How am I being a hypocrite if I buy food that won't make me sick?

    Garnish?

    Quality control is one thing. Calling out body parts naturally found on animals as "disgusting" only shows how removed the person is from the food he eats.

    As an Asian I have no problems with animals kidney since I had it a few times, but that doesn't even look like it's edible. It just looks disgusting and raw.

    Better to be able to at least vaguely identify what is in your chicken meal... than risk it with the processed McD's nuggets made of who-knows-what ground up chicken parts. Gross!

    Best to avoid fast food all together... though I must admit I am a sucker for the occasional ChickFilA outing with the kids.

    That's definitely not a chicken kidney, it has gyri and sulci. It really does look like a brain, but not a brain of a chicken...wtf.

    What so KFC is stepping there game up and getting more hip with "nose to tail" and "farm to table" cooking. We will pay money for charcuterie at pass and provisions but not at KFC.... for shame CF, for shame...
