    Maybe you can turn him into a 4 inch taller Diop but that dude don't bring it consistently. Worth a shot if you can GIVE him 25 minutes a night the next 100 games or so but plan on needing LOTS of patience.

    MANY accounts say Thabeet sucks and has no desire to stop sucking. How anyone can think this guy will help us is beyond me.

    I have wanted Thabeet for quite awhile......if the price is right. And it's sounding like the price is right.

    Dealing Shane and his expiring DOES hamstring us as far as other deals go.....but Thabeet has already worked with Dream and I would assume CD will get a hold of him. If he eventually evolves into 75% of Motumbo, providing a defensive presence/rebounding force, then mission accomplished.

    Thabeet is worth it for the simple fact we have to get something for Battier before he gets older or leaves. Battier is the better player in every way. Thabeet is part of the rebuilding Rockets plans. Hopefully it means another first round pick too though that comes with Thabeet.

    Heisley's insistence for Grizz to make playoffs bolstered by Denver, Utah taking step back with moves. Thabeet-for-Battier swap would help.

    it's call BUST, son... even kwame brown is better than thabeet and kwame is considered one of the biggest #1 draft bust
