Anything more than 20-25mpg of just a shot blocking presence is bonus. Just the sheer fact we're getting a pick and able to add that shot blocking presence is good enough.

IIRC they sent a 1st to Utah for Brewer, then that 1st was conveyed to Minnesota for Al Jefferson. I'm assuming this first is a future(like 2013 or 2014) one. Nonetheless, it's an asset. And we're adding a player that can give us some time at the Center spot with a different dimension. Then, more PT for Terrence, hopefully.
