Completely agree. It would have been easy for him to rest on the memory of his legendary Slam Dunk Contest performance, his dunk over Weis, and his reputation as one of the greatest athletes and dunkers of all-time. That alone would have been enough for him to be remembered fondly. But instead, he has done a great job of reinventing himself to become one of the better bench shooters in the league.
