Alright, I made fun of this guy, but have to admit Zach Randolph is doing pretty good work for a finally maturing and finally respectable (somewhat) Grizzlies team.

They are still down from the modestly winning days of Gasol/Battier years, though.

I'd rather be the grizzlies than the rockets. And you would too. Yeah that deadly combo of Aaron Brooks, Scola and Ariza, grab that popcorn.

You guys have a couple of veterans in Scola and Battier that will get exposed in the playoffs. Right now you are getting by on hustle and defense, but once the playoffs start you guys will get swept.

Yeah, those things that are so easy and so unimportant, giving a flip and defending well. So much less important than rampant me-first offense.
I'm not going to pretend I know much or care anything for Memphis (I know more about the T-Wolves than those guys), but under no circumstances would I rather be Memphis. It doesn't matter what talent you guys get after all - you won't know how to use it, and your r****ded GM will eventually trade it away for 10 cents on the dollar.

Wow this is so amazing, I never thought I'd actually read a post by a livin', breathin' Grizz fan. I thought you guys were all extinct or something by now.

Anyway, no way would I rather be a Grizz than a Rox fan, and you are straight out delusional if you actually think any sane fan would too. The Brooks, Scola, Hayes and Landry led team is sitting pretty over 0.500 after going through the toughest part of their schedule, while Grizz are only starting to figure things out.

The key part is the bolded word though. At least we'll reach the playoffs, which is more than I can say for you guys. You guys can keep dreaming about potential and lottery picks...at least until your cheap owner and Chris Wallace trades Gasol to the Lakers...again :)

    P.S. Thanks for Lowry ;)

this is freaking hilarious. It's pretty sad that a grizzly fan is trying to convince rocket fans that they are somehow better off. Grizzly fans wont be grabbing **** for another decade. Management sucks. Coaching sucks. Team flat sucks ****.

    We have.

    a) The Rockets. Their two highest paid players basically out. yet they are still going to make the the playoffs. Only one lottery pick in their rotation.

    b) The Grizzlies. Their whole rotation are basically lottery picks. Yet they still are just bad bad bad. Ok you won a few more games than this time last year but come the end of the season you will win 30 and somehow think this makes you contenders the next year. Maybe you improve even more next year....it does not matter because your pathetic excuse of a team will probably trade away Mayo, Conley and the worst defender in the league for Larry Hughes and Eddy Curry.

a Grizzlies fan would know alot about getting swept in the playoffs...

MemphisX and what have been coming to this forum for years, talking smack about why the Grizz are better, or why their future is better, and yet one thing stays the same. Their team is inferior. It's always next year, isn't it?

By this time next year, you guys will be in full rebuilding mode.

What free agents are you guys gonna attract. I doubt anybody other than cancers such as Ron Ron, who bolted the first chance he got.

The grizzlies will be ahead of the rockets for the next 10 years. Embrace the cellar.

I think as long as we have better coaching and management than you guys, we'll do fine. It's not all about the players.

LOL @ the Pau Gasol trade

By this time next year, the Grizz GM will probably have traded Rudy Gay for some "can't miss" prospect because there's no WAY he will re-sign with that team.

So assuming that we let McGrady leave and have 7-8 million dollars in cap space, a winning and intelligent organization like us won't attract anyone....but they'll jumping over heels to sign up with possibly the dumbest organization in the league. (Say what you will about the Clippers, but at least they didn't give away an elite player for 10 cents on the dollar recently.)

    Seriously, gtfo, you idiot troll.
