I hear they're looking at Dr. Walter Lowe as their team doctor.

Never knew Damon was an assistant coach. Good for him.

And LOL @ the idea of Randolph being a leader. Oh, boy...

He´s had a few such grand opportunies.. somehow, it didn´t work out with the Blazer, the Knicks and the Clippers. But good luck with that in any case.

Adding to tmactoyao's post, the definitive commentary, for posterity's sake:

Basketbawful: "Zach Randolph and the worst possession I have ever seen"
    [rquoter]
    By Basketbawful at 12:41 PM

I already touched on Zach Randolph's pooptastic game against the Raptor's in Worst of the Weekend, but this thrilling video -- provided by Basketbawful reader Charles -- is the dollop of creamy turd pudding on top of the crap cake that Z-Bo served up last night:

Worst. Possession. Ever. Let me recap it for you:

    1. Randolph, a (nearly) seven-footer, receives the ball outside of the three-point line.

    2. He attempts to break down his defender by dribbling the hell out of the ball, sort of like Isiah Thomas circa 1989, only without the mad handles.

    3. He totally loses the rock like somebody abusing the freestyle control on NBA Live and has to run almost out to halfcourt to retrieve it.

    4. Then, instead of passing the ball to a teammate, he runs it to the arc and launches an airball...with 7 seconds left on the shot clock! (Thanks, herman).

The best part is when the camera pans to Isiah, who looks about ready to choke a b----.[/rquoter]

Well, they don't have too much leadership to go to if AI isn't playing, so lol, Zach will have to do.

    wow.

To the story and the thread I'm dying. Bonzi killed it, but I think the guy that missed the joke was funnier.

that zach randolph video has always been funny to me, no matter how many times i see it. but the "where amazing happens" version of it is even better. it makes the possession even more epic.

Did you not read? All that is missing is for someone like Zach Randolph to teach Gay the habits of being a winner, like that time he was in a playoff game 7 seasons ago. This is what TMac was doing back then:

yeah yeah, that's all and fine

but the pressing question that is on EVERYONE's mind is......

What Was Bob Sura Doing At That Point In Time?

    Well,

At the point in time, Bobby was just 5-6 years removed from

That means the time between today, and Zach Randolph in a playoff game is longer than the time between Sura in a dunk contest and Zach Randolph in a playoff game. The consequences are mind boggling!

Thabeet is nowhere near ready to start. The guy is a project that probably won't be ready for another year or so.
